Sri-Lankan British businesswoman and Leaders Council member, Anoma Radkevitch, is the newly appointed director of Bloomsbury Flowers, a 28-year-old florist based in London’s Covent Garden.
Bloomsbury Flowers was established by former Royal Ballet dancers, Mark Welford (pictured, left) and Stephen Wicks (pictured, right), with the aim of inspiring the world of floristry. It quickly became synonymous with stunning flowers, arranged with grace and style.
After almost 30 years of their immense creations, Wicks and Welford have handed over the reins to Anoma (pictured, centre), who will continue to lead the business on its mission to inspire London’s floristry scene with creativity.
For Anoma, who has a number of other businesses also, Bloomsbury Flowers is her second florist as she has been running the award-winning & long established Lady Flora For the last seven years.
Buoyed by her experience in the field & announcing her newest position, a delighted Anoma said: “I am really thrilled to announce that I am now the director of Bloomsbury Flowers, a key London society florist, based in the heart of Covent Garden.”
