On Wednesday May 12, TimeFinders director Alison Hesketh and client services manager Helen Ferguson will be hosting a webinar as part of Dying Matters Awareness Week.
This week’s webinar will form one of a short series which will cover various sensitive aspects of ageing. During this week’s webinar, Hesketh [pictured] and Ferguson will be discussing the sensitive issue surrounding being in a good place to die and providing practical advice to encourage people near the end of life to have important conversations with loved ones about their wishes for the future.
Hesketh commented: “Conversations about dying can be tough, but in the long run they benefit everybody. This week is Dying Matters Awareness Week and as such there will be a focus on the importance of being in a good place to die within TimeFinders.
“At TimeFinders we are trying to break the stigma around talking about dying and encourage people to have important conversations with their loved ones, in order to communicate what they would and would not like to happen in future. People telling loved ones their wishes is central to the important work that we do here.”
Any individuals wishing to participate in this week's webinar can find further information and register here.
