The Ski Club of Great Britain has recently announced a new partnership with GB Snowsport, the UK’s national governing body for snowsports.
The new partnership is geared toward forming a closer relationship between the governing body, snowsport athletes, and the wider UK snowsports community, and to build greater enthusiasm around winter sports ahead of the 2022 Winter Olympics and Paralympics in Beijing, China.
GB Snowsport currently oversees 12 Olympic and Paralympic snowsport codes and is building toward World Cup, Olympic and Paralympic success for Team GB.
The Ski Club’s head of member services, Owen Chapman, said: “Ski Club are thrilled to be working with GB Snowsport more closely and keeping our members engaged and up to date on all the exciting news and updates moving into the Olympic and Paralympic Winter Games next year. Our members represent some of the most enthusiastic and dedicated Snowsports participants and this partnership will help in supporting those members and the wider Snowsports community moving forward.”
