Award-winning house-builder Shanly Homes has appointed a new PR and communications company to help take the business forward in pursuit of new goals.
Property specialists The Oracle Group have been tasked with providing media and communications support to the business and steering traffic to Shanly’s new homes schemes across the south east.
Tim Nutt, residential managing director for Shanly Homes, commented: “We have recently appointed The Oracle Group to promote our housebuilding division and generate sales traffic. We are confident that with Oracle’s extensive experience, expertise and industry knowledge we will be able to achieve this goal.”
Shanly Homes, a privately-owned regional house-builder based in Beaconsfield, Buckinghamshire, celebrated its 50th anniversary last year, and has been committed to developing high-specification, sustainable, architecturally innovative homes, designed to complement the local environment and improve quality of life for residents. The charitable arm of the group, The Shanly Foundation, has also donated over £13 million to charitable causes.
Writing in The Parliamentary Review, Shanly Homes managing director Stewart Kirk, who joined the business in 2006, said: “The company’s ethos, through chairman Michael Shanly, taught me early on that it was not good enough just to build attractive developments; rather, we needed to leave a legacy that we were all proud of.”
The Oracle Group celebrated its tenth year of operation this year and has continued to expand its offering to provide a full marketing service to clients which acknowledges the ever-changing digital PR landscape across different social media platforms.
Caroline Coskry, the CEO and founder of The Oracle Group, was thrilled with the new partnership.
She said: “Shanly Homes is one of the best-known house-builders in the south east and is recognised for its family business ethic which mirrors our own code of practice. We are looking forward to working with them on their broad range of homes which includes contemporary apartments, first time buyer properties and spacious family houses.”
