The weight is coming from the top as well as the bottom, we are as top heavy as we are bottom heavy. It is very difficult to hold something heavy above your head and lift something at the same time.
Departments at the top are increasingly showing us that they are not capable of planning or providing the very service they were intended for.
There are countless committees, consultants, foundations, federations, and advisers extracting vast sums of cash from the taxpayers’ purses. They are doing this for their own gain only and it must stop.
Management has, in many areas, let us all down and burdened us with vast sums of unnecessary expenditure through mismanaged projects. It is high time that those responsible were held to account.
The weight from below must also realise that those who are attempting to lift them need their help and they can do this by firstly admitting to themselves that they can contribute more to society than they currently do.
Reputable international companies like Global Tunnelling Experts should be rewarded for taking the lead in working legally in the UK by abiding by the law and avoiding CIS tax, whereupon the employer avoids contributing correctly to HMRC.
