In what is set to be a transformative 2021 for the business, mediation and leadership coaching specialists Sheridan Resolutions are set to rebrand as Sheridan Worldwide as they look to take advantage of further opportunities outside of the UK.
CEO Caroline Sheridan [pictured] said that the rebrand will reflect the increasing amount of work that the company is carrying out with clients abroad, and the overhaul will also include a refresh of the business website and design language.
Sheridan said: “2021 is going to be a big year for Sheridan Resolutions and with it will come some positive changes, one of which will be the rebrand as we build on our image as an outward-looking and global company.
“Part of these changes will be to focus on the innate skills and abilities which we all have inside us and the services which Sheridan can offer to both corporate and individual clients in the UK and abroad, to help realise these skills fully.”
As these changes take shape, Sheridan is also looking forward to working with the company’s recently appointed Relationship and Operations Manager, Daniel McGonigle, who will be helping the business consolidate and build on its “stellar work” supporting clients and faculty as it looks to enjoy further growth.
Sheridan said: “I met Daniel on a recent L&D project and was immediately struck by his sense of humour, personable nature and passion for developing people. He is just the right fit for a company like ours.”
McGonigle added: “It’s a really exciting time to be joining Sheridan. Everyone I have spoken to about Sheridan have been very complimentary on the quality of work we deliver. From Day 1 the excitement and passion for what we do has been very clear. It will be great to be part of taking the next big steps in supporting our clients and I’m really looking forward to it.”
