The Orange County Business Journal has recently released its 2022 list of the ‘Best Places to Work in Orange County’, ranking Technossus as number 18 in the small business category.
The awards program run by the OC Business Journal in partnership with Workforce Research Group was created in 2009. The country-wide survey and awards program was designed to identify, recognise, and honour the best places of employment in Orange County, California, which benefit the country’s economy, its workforce, and businesses.
Technossus - a global software developer and technology consultancy that works with some of the most innovative companies in the world to optimize their businesses for success - has made it onto the prestigious list in all but one year since 2015.
In order to make it onto the list, Technossus and the other successful employers had to fulfil stringent eligibility criteria, including having at least 15 full or part-time permanent employees working in Orange County and a physical operation in the area; hold public or privately held organisation status; be a for-profit, not-for-profit or government organisation; and to have been in business for at least one year before the program registration deadline.
Every candidate company entered a two-part assessment process which firstly evaluated workplace policies, practices and demographics, and secondly an employee survey to measure employee experience. The combined scores then went into determining the final list, with Workforce Research Group managing the overall registration and survey process in Orange County and also analysing the data and using their expertise to determine the ranking.
The ranking of the winning organisations was released in a special section of the Orange County Business Journal’s July 4 issue.
