Ken Pullar, CEO of The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals [CIPP], has been shortlisted for the Knowledge & Professional Services Leader accolade at The Reward 300 Awards, 2022.
Held annually, The Reward 300 Awards recognise members of the pay and reward profession who have gone above and beyond over the previous year.
Winners will be named in seven different categories, including Payroll, Reward, Knowledge & Professional Services, HR, Employee Benefits, Employment Law, and Pensions.
The successful nominees will be revealed on Wednesday June 8 at The Rewards 300 2022 ceremony, held at the Chelsea Harbour Hotel in London.
During the CPD-accredited event, attendees will also hear from industry experts representing firms including Wickes, Stella McCartney and ITV, who will be sharing their knowledge and insight on a multitude of topics from sustaining careers in the payroll profession to whether women are being left behind on financial rewards.
Formerly known as the Institute of Payroll Professionals [IPP], CIPP provides training, guidance and support to payroll staff. Ken Pullar [pictured] was first voted onto the board of the organisation in 2002, before rising to vice-chair in 2006 and chair from November 2007 to November 2009.
Pullar was also instrumental in helping the Institute secure its chartered status, and helped guide it to “Major Outsourcer of the Year” awards in 2007 and 2008, and the inaugural Payroll World “Outsourcer of the Year” accolade in 2011.
Responding to the news of Pullar’s nomination on LinkedIn, CIPP said: “We are delighted to announce that our CEO, Ken Pullar, has been shortlisted for Knowledge & Professional Services Leader at The Reward 300 Awards 2022 taking place on Wednesday, June 8.
“Taking place at the Chelsea Harbour Hotel, this year's members of the pay and reward profession will be recognised for their efforts and commitment to the sector, and we wish all nominees the best of luck in their categories.”
