Paul Venners, Managing Director of LEEC, joined The Leaders Council in 2020 and has now been awarded an OBE in the 2021 New Years Honours as a recognition for being outstanding in services to hospital mortuaries and post-mortem facilities, particularly during the Covid-19 response.
To be awarded the Officer of the Most Excellent Order of the British Empire is a tremendous achievement and everyone at The Leaders Council & LEEC are celebrating the award.
Paul Venners is a Forensic Services/Mortuary Design and Facilities Management Consultant, who in addition, is the Managing Director and owner of LEEC Limited. Established in 1953. LEEC specialises in both facility design and, the design, manufacture, installation and preventative maintenance of bespoke equipment for Laboratory, Pathology, Forensic, Anatomy and Research Fields. Paul is also a 25 year member of The Institute of Directors.
Paul has consulted to both the UK Home Office, contributed to NHS Hospital Building Note 20 and in 2020, was heavily involved with the UK Government's response to facilitate temporary Mortuaries for COVID-19.
