NOCN Group has recently been accredited with the Investors in People Gold Award in recognition of its commitment to employee development.
The receipt of the award is indicative of NOCN’s standing as an ambitious and expanding organisation which nurtures and invests in the talent at its disposal.
As part of the assessment process, Investors in People judged NOCN Group against its nine indicators. The findings of the assessment uncovered a strong performance culture within NOCN teams, an ability for employees to adapt to current and future needs of the organisation, high employee satisfaction at terms and conditions of employment, strong adherence to the Group’s values and a wealth of development opportunities for staff to take advantage of.
The Investors in People assessor commented: “It’s been great to see NOCN Group’s journey to Investors in People Gold accreditation. The group’s commitment to leading and developing its people is delivering great results across all areas of the Investors in People Standard. Brilliant!”
