Registered social landlord, community benefit society and registered charity ng homes is holding a Community Networking Breakfast in Glasgow on September 30, 2022.

Running from 10:00 BST until 12:00 BST on the day, the event will feature a ‘speaker’s corner’ as well as a special marketplace event, while providing opportunities for attendees to meet, network and connect with each other.

Established in 1976 as a community-controlled housing association, ng homes has since grown into a well-respected organisation that makes a positive difference to the lives of people in North Glasgow.

ng homes now provides around 5,400 homes for rent and a factoring service for over 1,200 owners across the North Glasgow area, spanning Springburn, Balornock, Possilpark and Parkhouse.

The Community Networking Breakfast will be held at Saracen House, based out of 139 Saracen Street in the Possilpark area of Glasgow, G22 5AZ.

Paula Mailey from ng homes, one of the event organisers, commented: “This is a fantastic opportunity for people to come along and meet with people from other projects and organisations in North Glasgow.

“If you are interested in coming along, it’s a great chance to talk to others about what you have going on and link in with their work.”

The Community Networking Breakfast is aimed at projects and community organisations based in North Glasgow and everyone is welcome to attend.

It is a free to attend event and individuals looking for further information should contact Paula via email at pmailey@nghomes.net
