The Mandale Group has this week opened their brand new headquarters in Stockton. The move was made to accommodate the growth of the business and to demonstrate the company's commitment to innovation and expansion in Teesside.
The new building, situated at Urlay Nook, provides 30% more space than their previous office and offers a modern and efficient workspace for employees. According to Maurice Moore, Commercial Director at Mandale Group, the transformation of the new office and warehouse space has created a better working environment for the team and has led to increased staff satisfaction.
In addition to their headquarters, Mandale Group has acquired 44 acres in Urlay Nook to develop an industrial business park. The first development on the site is a 23 hybrid industrial unit project, with phase one set to be ready for occupation in Summer 2024.
Helen Woods, Sales Director, noted that the location of the new headquarters has great links to major roads, Teesside airport, and the Freeport status, making it an attractive base for companies in the North East. Tees Valley Mayor Ben Houchen praised the continued growth of Mandale Group, saying it's "incredible to see their continued growth and on-going commitment to our region."
The grand opening event was attended by Middlesbrough FC footballer Matt Clarke, pupils from Eaglescliffe Elementis training academy, and local business leaders. Jeremy Good, director at ELG Planning, praised the high-quality construction of the new office and said it must be rivaling any recently constructed office scheme in the region.
