LEEC Shortlisted for Business Award
The Lloyd Bank National Business Awards [link] champion organisations that are setting new standards and pushing quality over the past year. This years shortlisted organisations having had particularly successful years with the Covid-19 outbreak.
LEEC have been shortlisted under the ‘LDC Growth Through Innovation Award’ which recognises organisaiton that have shown true innovation and celebrating those ideas.
In a post on their website LEEC say that ‘To be shortlisted this year is an honour itself and, all the more appreciated by the entire LEEC team, especially at a time when so many businesses and manufacturing companies, in particular, have been tested to their operational and commercial limits.’
NSF International to provide free training for the NHS
NSF International has stepped up to provide complimentary training places for NHS staff to help combat Covid-19. Since the start of the outbreak in March 2020, NSF International has provided over 500 courses online for NHS staff to help broaden their knowledge and health practices at a pace that suits them.
The offer will continue for the remainder of 2020 and Mike Halliday, Executive Vice President, Pharmaceutical Services said ‘We hope that by providing this training, we can help NHS workers expand their skill set and knowledge and support their career progression’. The Gulf Radical Cup starts the pre-season test
Sponsored by Radical Sportscars and Gulfsport Racing the Gulf Radical Cup has become the longest running circuit race series in the region and after a tumultuous year for motor sport the return is being welcomed by all involved. The Dubai Autodrome was pleased to welcome 7 of the championship drivers taking part in this years series for some pre-season tests.
Johnny Khazoum who was involved in the test run said ‘“It was a wonderful experience to be a part of the Gulf Radical Cup Pre Season Test, it was highly productive having the track exclusive for Radicals and very well organized by GulfSport Racing.’’
