IncomeMax has been honoured at the Chartered Institute of Credit Management [CICM] British Credit Awards 2022, after having been declared winner in the Innovation & Technology category.

The British Credit Awards seek to recognise the standout achievements of the most deserving individuals, teams and organisations in the international credit industry.

Over the previous 12 months, IncomeMax has developed and rolled out several new technologies and services to scale-up and help even more vulnerable customers maximise their income and assume control of their finances.

Some of these new developments have included the new IncomeMax Messenger platform, the company’s BounceBack campaign and the rollout of its new self-help checklist, all of which impressed the panel of judges.

IncomeMax representatives accepted the accolade at the CICM British Credit Awards 2022 official awarding ceremony held on March 24 at London's Royal Lancaster Hotel.

But the community interest company is not prepared to rest on its laurels, with a new website, updated self-help checklist and a brand new, fully updated and bespoke CRM system already in development behind the scenes to help build on its incredible work to date.

IncomeMax managing director, Lee Healey, commented: “I’m so proud to say that IncomeMax are Innovation & Technology Award winners at the 2022 British Credit Awards. We’re grateful to the Chartered Institute of Credit Management and the judges for this award, it really does mean so much to all of us here.

“We’re also grateful to Nesta Challenges for their support via the #RapidRecoveryChallenge and Vanquis Bank, which provided us with the financial resources we needed to build IncomeMax Messenger, the BounceBack campaign and our new self-help checklist. Excitingly, this development work continues at pace, with a new website, updated online self-help checklist and bespoke CRM system all in development as we speak!

“We’ve also had incredible support from British Gas Energy Trust, Money and Pensions Service, Cabinet Office Boost, Agility Eco and many more to help shape our thinking and to enable practical help to ensure the further development our digital services.

“All our technology is helping us do the work which matters most, which is of course helping the many millions of people who miss out on billions of pounds of missing income every year. I also want to give a huge shout out to the IncomeMax team, who have worked so hard on the development of our new technology which is making such an incredible difference.”
