Blackburn-based business support provider, Community & Business Partners CIC, will host a Business Bootcamp event on May 11, running between 08:30 and 14:30 BST.
Hosted at Turf Moor, the home of Burnley Football Club in Burnley, Lancashire, the interactive day event is targeted toward micro-business owners and SME leaders, offering them a chance to network and learn new skills that will help them scale-up and grow their firms.
Attendees will also have the opportunity to learn from some of the most inspirational business leaders from the northwest of England, who will be among the guest speakers on the day.
These include Troop&Co’s David Eccles [who has previously worked with brands such as Accenture, Bank of America, Certas Energy, Lloyds Banking Group, Manchester City FC, Nike and Universal Music]; Paul White, founder of doorstep grocery delivery service The Modern Milkman; communication expert Adam Botterill; STS Accounts Ltd founder Pam Duxbury; and Jonathan Finch, who co-founded Sales Geek and established lead generation agency, Big Presence.
The guest speaker workshops will focus on a range of topics including brand basics, how to best respond to setbacks in business, the need for dynamic leadership in the VUCA world, accounts & finance, and scaling-up.
As well as the informative workshop sessions, participants will be able to attend a networking lunch and enjoy access to a full exhibition floor where more than 15 of the fastest growing firms in the region will be on display to offer further connections opportunities.
