The Chartered Institute of Payroll Professionals [CIPP] has enjoyed a treble recognition in The UK’s 100 Best Companies to Work For Q1 List in 2022, after having being included in three prestigious rankings.
The 100 Best Companies to Work For List has been recognising excellent employee engagement for almost 20 years. The accreditation programme was modelled on the Michelin Guide star system which is indicative that it stands for quality and excellence.
Founded in 1980, CIPP is a membership organisation for professionals who process and manage UK payroll and pensions. It provides support services and education on the many pieces of legislation that impact on the delivery of payroll and pensions in the UK alone and works with government bodies to influence future legislative change which impacts the profession.
CIPP’s performance this year even surpassed its ranking achievements of 2021. Having featured as the 84th-ranked company on the Midlands Regional List in 2021, 2022 saw CIPP rise to 37th.
Elsewhere, CIPP was listed fifth out of ten companies in the Not-For-Profit sector after featuring at seventh last year, and in the Small Companies category it came 39th out of 47 companies having tallied in at 80th out of 100 in 2021.
Ken Pullar, CEO of CIPP, was delighted with the improved performance across all three lists.
Pullar said: "The CIPP is committed to delivering quality and excellence in everything that we do, aligning us with Best Companies. It is only through achieving excellent employee engagement that we are able to deliver quality and excellence in our services to members.
"The fact that our employees have been engaged enough to respond to the survey and are motivated and committed to the CIPP mission and values speaks volumes, and I thank them for their hard work and dedication, we could not have achieved this accreditation without them."
