Babble Contact, the contact centre specific division of cloud-based solution business, Babble, has been announced as the Five9 EMEA (European, Middle East and Africa) Reseller of the Year for the second consecutive year.

So too is the news that JKH Ltd have become members of three organisations, each dedicated to improving business standards.
The Mildenhall-based pre-cast concrete product specialists have joined the Suffolk Chamber of Commerce, the British Precast Society and the Leaders Council of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The trio of memberships underlines the firm's commitment to upholding good business practices as well as their commitment to improving environmental performance in their industry.
Shared Earth raises thousands for Covid-19 relief
And there is further good news, with Shared Earth, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of Fair Trade, eco-friendly, recycled/re-made and ethical products, raising nearly ten thousand pounds for Covid-19 relief in India, Kenya and Uganda.
The organisation could not hide its delight at smashing the £2,500 target for Kenya and Uganda and the £5,000 target for India, to raise a total of £9,414.
