In a much needed triple-dose of good news, Babble Contact have won the Five9 EMEA Reseller of the Year award, JKH have been inducted into three membership organisations, while Shared Earth have vastly exceeded their fund raising target for Covid-19 relief in India, Kenya and Uganda.

Babble scoops prestigious award

Babble Contact, the contact centre specific division of cloud-based solution business, Babble, has been announced as the Five9 EMEA (European, Middle East and Africa) Reseller of the Year for the second consecutive year.

Thomas John, Head of Channels in EMEA at Five9, said:

“We congratulate Babble on winning the EMEA Reseller of the Year Award for the second year running. Its ambitious nature to achieve outstanding results is infectious and we look forward to continuing on the successful journey with them as partners.”

Mark Jordan, Managing Director at Babble Contact, said:

“We are immensely proud to be recognised as Five9’s most valuable EMEA partner for the second time. After a year like no other, it has become clear that implementing cloud-based technologies is more important than ever to enable businesses to thrive. Looking ahead another year from now, we will continue our work building the very best cloud contact centres available, facilitating ever more profitable conversations with our clients’ customers.”

Babble work with a range of businesses to help them fulfil their digital potential ‘by deploying the very best cloud solutions that deliver efficiency, customer engagement and increased profitability, whilst protecting your business.’

In an incredibly difficult year for most businesses, Babble’s success is a much needed good news story.

JKH Ltd joins three membership organisations

So too is the news that JKH Ltd have become members of three organisations, each dedicated to improving business standards.

The Mildenhall-based pre-cast concrete product specialists have joined the Suffolk Chamber of Commerce, the British Precast Society and the Leaders Council of Great Britain and Northern Ireland. The trio of memberships underlines the firm's commitment to upholding good business practices as well as their commitment to improving environmental performance in their industry.

Shared Earth raises thousands for Covid-19 relief

And there is further good news, with Shared Earth, one of the UK’s leading suppliers of Fair Trade, eco-friendly, recycled/re-made and ethical products, raising nearly ten thousand pounds for Covid-19 relief in India, Kenya and Uganda.

The organisation could not hide its delight at smashing the £2,500 target for Kenya and Uganda and the £5,000 target for India, to raise a total of £9,414.
