Her extensive career continued with roles at Nestor Professional Development Services and NTQ UK, demonstrating her prowess in managing diverse responsibilities. Despite challenges like company administration, Sarah's resilience shone through as a Skills Tutor at Intraining, contributing to learners' success while mentoring new assessors.

The position of Registered Manager at a Domiciliary home care provider in 2018 marked a pinnacle, but health challenges led to a brief hiatus. Sarah rebounded as a Receptionist at St Mary's Osteopath Practice before assuming roles of Deputy Manager and, currently, Registered Manager at Allied Health Care's Ashcott Bungalow, ensuring quality care for people with learning disabilities.

Beyond her professional life, Sarah serves as a Child Welfare Officer for a local football club, showcasing her dedication to community wellbeing.

Sarah has achieved a multitude of qualifications and certifications, including NVQs, Edexcel Awards, C&G Certificates, and IOSH certifications. Her commitment to continuous learning is exemplified by her recent accomplishment of a City & Guilds Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care and Children and Young People's Services - Adult Management, and Level 2 in End of Life Care.
