A Mathematics graduate of Sheffield Hallam University, Reanne joined ELMS Legal as a team member before gradually making her way up the corporate ladder of the business to occupy her current role of practice manager.

In her position, Reanne oversees the provision of services to both commercial and private clients across the entire business, ensuring that they are delivered in a tailored, cost-effective, efficient and responsive manner. She ensures that client meetings are arranged and adhered to, alongside handling ELMS Legal’s compliance with insurance demands and wider regulations. Reanne is also involved in generating fresh work and sourcing new clients for the business.

Utilising her mathematical expertise from her study background, Reanne has revolutionised the way that ELMS Legal does business by collating management statistics on the company’s performance, success rates and internal processes. This data collation has helped the business refine its processes, succeed in a greater number of cases and ultimately increase profit margins, culminating in the expansion of the company.

As a result of Reanne’s pioneering move around data collection, ELMS Legal has broadened its provision of services by offering collation of management information as a service to clients. The practice can easily now collect the key metrics of client businesses, their internal processes and performance and use findings from the data to help businesses improve, become leaner & more efficient, and ultimately grow.

Part of Reanne’s responsibility is also to set out clearly defined pathways for staff training and development. She strives to ensure that training opportunities and monitoring structures are in place to nurture the growth, development and progression of each member of staff. She offers some assistance in litigation as part of her overarching role, although she is not a full-time, qualified lawyer herself.
