In 2004, Nicola embarked on her role as the Managing Director of Dolphins Day Nursery, a position she continues to excel in today. Her leadership led to the evolution of Dolphins Day Nursery into Inspirations Nurseries and Forest School in 2018, marking a new chapter in providing innovative and creative early years education.
