As the Founder and Director of Andrew Martin - Planning Ltd since 2012, he has been at the forefront of strategic planning, major schemes, and project management. Prior to establishing his own firm, Andrew served as the Director of Planning and Design at Capita Symonds and held the position of Chairman at Andrew Martin Associates, a company he founded in 1983, thriving for 26 years until its acquisition by Capita Symonds Limited in 2009.

His journey began in the public sector, where he dedicated 14 years to the Hillingdon LBC and Basildon New Town Development Corporation. Rising through the ranks, he assumed the role of Director and later transitioned into founding Andrew Martin - Planning in 2012. Known for successfully navigating major inquiries, tribunals, and securing planning permissions, Andrew is a visionary leader shaping the future of urban development. Throughout his illustrious career, Andrew has excelled in major inquiries, master planning, and securing planning permissions, leaving an indelible mark on the field of urban development.
